The External Expert Advisory Board of the HYPMED Project met for the second time in Cologne, Germany on April 26, 2018.
Prof. Emiel Rutgers from the Netherlands Cancer Institute and Prof. Nikolaus Knoepffler from the University of Jena, Germany, were briefed on the progress of the project since their last meeting in 2017 by the HYPMED Executive Board.
The Expert Advisers gave valuable feedback on the project's achievements to date and it's approach to upcoming tasks and objectives as it passes the half-way point in its four-year research period.
The Advisers also gave the Executive Board a critical insight into the ethical and regulatory reqiurements and other issues inherent in research and development of such complex medical technology.
